Meet Your Adjuster, Peggy Martin
Lioness Claims was founded in 2018 by Peggy Martin, a former independent adjuster who saw firsthand how insurance carriers were shortchanging homeowners and business owners in the Las Vegas area. Writing estimates designed to satisfy carriers rather than fully cover her clients, Peggy made a decision: stop being part of the problem and start being part of the solution.

Peggy brings a depth of experience that sets her apart. Before entering the claims world, she spent 15 years as a paralegal and 12 years as a corporate bank executive, both fields requiring hands-on familiarity with insurance. That background gives her a sharp, multi-disciplined perspective that she applies to every claim she handles.

A relentless advocate for her clients, Peggy holds carriers accountable and fights to ensure every policyholder is fully indemnified under the terms of their policy. Her main office is in Las Vegas, Nevada, and she recently expanded with a second location in Crystal River, Florida, extending Lioness Claims' reach across the entire state of Florida.
