Meet Peggy Martin, Founder of Lioness Claims
Peggy Martin founded Lioness Claims in 2018 to bring a thorough, independent approach to disputed property insurance claims. She brings an uncommon combination of experience to that work: she has adjusted claims for insurance carriers, represented policyholders as a public adjuster, and supported attorneys in litigation.

As an independent adjuster, Peggy investigated residential and commercial losses and represented carriers in mediations and settlement conferences. Today, she uses that firsthand knowledge of the adjustment process to examine claim files, evaluate damage and repair scopes, compare estimates, and identify issues that need further investigation.

Peggy’s legal background also shapes how she works with attorneys. As a paralegal and law office manager, she supported discovery, drafting, mediation, and settlement. At Lioness Claims, she turns complex claim records into organized timelines, factual summaries, and technical analysis that counsel can use to evaluate a case. She is a licensed public insurance adjuster, holds a PLS legal certification, and has training in mitigation and restoration.

Peggy has worked on residential, commercial, multi-unit, and large-loss claims. From its offices in Las Vegas, Nevada, and Crystal River, Florida, Lioness Claims supports policyholders and attorneys facing difficult property insurance disputes.
